Exchange & Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you can of course return them.
Engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
These are custom-made products, manufactured at the request of the buyer after the order has been placed. These products cannot be resold after being returned. This concerns Stick To Your Dreams Jewellery with a custom engraving.
Returning or exchanging other jewelry
Jewelry marked as returnable can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Return costs are at your own expense.
How to return your order:
- The jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.
- Contact our customer service at the email address: info@sticktoyourdreams.com. They will process your return. Please include your order number so we can help you as effectively as possible.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we have received and processed your return. The entire return process takes a maximum of 10 business days (depending on busy periods and your return type).
